The Mosaic and PCS support groups are proud to roll out their new remote support software.  This will now allow you to give permission and allow access a Mosaic or PCS technician to remote into your workstation and directly assist you.  We hope that this speeds up our already great assitance to help our customers.  To obtain remote assitance, simply dial 704-687-3150 for assitance with Mosaic XP and Mosaic Linux.  To obtain remote assitance, simply dial 704-687-3335 for assitance with your personal Windows, Mac or Linux based system.  Once you have connected to a Mosaic or PCS TA, select the appropriate link below and give the TA your ID and Password that will appear.
