Week of Monday, May 4, 2009
  • The final exam is 11:30 to 2:30 in Woodward 120 on Monday, May 4.  It is open book, open notes.  There WILL be a coding problem.
  • Lab 7 is now due May 8, noon.  I will be available 5/7 and 5/8 from 8am to 8:45am for demos.  I'll work on being available during my 5/7 and 5/8 workshop lunch breaks - more info posted soon.
  • Grades are posted in the lab, and after the final will be posted in the lab.  I do not return final exam papers.

 

Week of Monday, April 27, 2009
  • Some code has been posted on the lab page for the PING sensor.
  • The final exam is 11:30 to 2:30 in Woodward 120 on Monday, May 4.

  • There is class on 4/20 with a special presentation.  Wednesday, 4/22 is a lab day.

  • Welcome to ECE 4161/5196!  The first day of class is Monday, January 12, 2009.
  • The book, Autonomous Robots by George Bekey will be used in this class.  Obtain a copy from the bookstore or purchase it online.
  • This class will be based heavily on the web pages.  For example:
    • Please take the time to read the class syllabus.
    • All class notes are available here.  You can download them and print them at your leisure.
    • Homework assignments will be posted here and not distributed in class.
    • Quiz solutions will be posted on the Quiz page.
    • Check out the special hints and helps at the bottom of the home page!
    • There will be many lab assignments to practice the concepts learned in class. 
  • Lab 1 is available, and due Wednesday, January 21, 2009 before class.  Look to the page for VERSION 1.1.
  • There is no class on Monday, January 19 (holiday)
  • The book chapter 1 and other readings are available online in the notes page.  Read these for the 1/21/09 class!
